Abstract

Penelitan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi, strategi pengembangan sumber daya manusia, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT Permata Maju Abadi pada era disrupsi. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan strategi penelitian asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan diukur menggunakan metode analisis koefisien determinasi dengan bantuan SPSS versi 26.0. Populasi dalam penelitian ini menggunakan seluruh karyawan PT Permata Maju Abadi yang berjumlah 67 orang. Teknik sampling dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan sampling jenuh. Data primer dan data sekunder merupakan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dan observasi. Pengujian hipotesis pada penelitian ini dengan menggunakan uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa kompetensi karyawan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, strategi pengembangan sumber daya manusia juga berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, sedangkan lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja di PT Permata Maju Abadi. Hasil pengolahan data secara simultan menyatakan bahwa kompetensi, strategi pengembangan sumber daya manusia, dan lingkungan kerja secara bersama�sama berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan di PT Permata Maju Abadi dan kepuasan kerja karyawan akan mempengaruhi daya saing perusahaan di era disrupsi saat ini. Kata Kunci : Kompetensi, Strategi Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia, Lingkungan Kerja Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan, Era Disrupsi This study aims to determine the impact of competency, workforce development strategy and work environment on job satisfaction among employees of PT Permata Maju Abadi in the age of disruption. In this study, an association study strategy with quantitative and measurable methods was used, using SPSS version 26.0 to determine the coefficients of the analysis method. The population of this study used all employees of PT Permata Maju Abadi, a total of 67 persons. The sampling technique in this study is to use saturated samples. Primary data and secondary data are the data used in this study. The data collection techniques of this study used questionnaires and observation. Hypotheses in this study were tested using t-tests and F-tests. The results of this study prove that employee competency has a impact on job satisfaction, and human resource development strategies also have a impact on job satisfaction, while PT's working environment has no impact on job satisfaction at Permata Maju Abadi. At the same time, the data processing results show that competency, personnel development strategy and working environment jointly have a impact on the employee job satisfaction of PT Permata Maju Abadi, and employee job satisfaction will affect the company's competitiveness in the disruption era.
