Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation, work discipline and compensation on employee productivity at PT Mitra Edukasi Nusantara. The method used is a survey method with a quantitative causal associative approach which uses a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The target population in the study were employees of PT Mitra Edukasi Nusantara, the number of samples used in this study were 110 respondents. The analysis tool used is SPSS. The results showed that there was a significant influence of work motivation, work discipline and compensation on employee productivity at PT Mitra Edukasi Nusantara both partially. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja dan kompensasi terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT Mitra Edukasi Nusantara Metoda yang digunakan metoda survei dengan pendekatan asosiatif kausal kuantitatif dimana menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpulan datanya. Populasi sasaran dalam penelitian adalah karyawan PT Mitra Edukasi Nusantara, jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 110 responden. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja dan kompensasi terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT Mitra Edukasi Nusantara baik secara parsial.
