Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh insentif, motivasi, dan kedisiplinan terhadap kepuasan kinerja mitra driver ShopeeFood di Jakarta. Strategi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalan strategi penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi dan sampel dari penelitian ini adalah mitra driver pada komunitas critical value-20 yang berjumlah 50 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang telah di uji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Analisis yang digunakan adalah koefisien determinasi, uji t dan uji f menggunakan program SPSS versi 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Insentif, Motivasi, dan Kedisiplinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kinerja Mitra Driver ShopeeFood di Jakarta. Secara hasil uji t bahwa variabel Insentif, Motivasi, dan Kedisiplinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kinerja Mitra Driver ShopeeFood di Jakarta. Kata kunci: Insentif, Motivasi, Kedisiplinan, Kepuasan Kinerja ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of incentives, motivation, and discipline on the performance satisfaction of ShopeeFood driver partners in Jakarta. The strategy used in this study is a quantitative research strategy with a survey methods. The population and sample from this study are driver partners in the critical value-20 community of 50 people. The data collection technique uses questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. The analysis used is the coefficient of determination, t-test and f-test using the SPSS version 23 program. The results showed that the variables of Incentive, Motivation, and Discipline variables had a significant effect on the Performance Satisfaction of ShopeeFood Driver Partners in Jakarta. In terms of the results of the t-test the variables Incentives, Motivation, and Discipline have a significant effect on the Performance Satisfaction of ShopeeFood Driver Partners in Jakarta.
