Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja, Kompensasi, Stres Kerja, dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Tingkat Turnover Intention karyawan Pada PT. Mulia Daya Mandiri. Penelitian ini menggunakan strategi penelitian asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Mulia daya mandiri yang berjumlah 75 karyawan, Metode yang digunakan untuk pengambilan sampel ialah Teknik non-probability sampling dengan Teknik sampel jenuh dan jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 75 responden. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa data primer dan sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis inferensial dengan menggunakan analisis Partial Least Square (PLS) melalui software SmartPLS 3.3.9 yang meliputi uji outer model, inner model, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa lingkungan Kerja, Kompensasi, Stres Kerja dan Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh terhadap tingkat Turnover Intention karyawan pada PT. Mulia Daya Mandiri. This study aims to determine the effect of Work Environment, Compensation, Job Stress, and Job Satisfaction on the Level of Turnover Intention of employees at PT. Mulia Daya Mandiri. This study uses an associative research strategy with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Mulia Daya Mandiri totaling 75 employees. The method used for sampling was the non-probability sampling technique with the saturated sample technique and the number of samples used in this study were 75 respondents. The data used in this research are primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques using the questionnaire method. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis and inferential analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis through SmartPLS 3.3.9 software which includes testing the outer model, inner model, and testing the hypothesis. The results showed that the work environment, compensation, job stress and job satisfaction affect the level of employee turnover intention at PT. Mulia Daya Mandiri
