Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, menguji, dan menganalisis pengaruh Job Insecurity, Stres Kerja, dan Beban Kerja terhadap Turnover Intention pada driver Gojek di wilayah Jakarta Timur. Pendekatan pada penelitian ini yaitu kuantitatif, metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei, di mana data yang diperoleh dari hasil pengumpulan menggunakan kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah driver Gojek di Wilayah Jakarta Timur dengan jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 100 responden menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Alat analisis yang digunakan yaitu SmartPLS 3 dengan teknik SEM (structural equation modeling) berbasis PLS (partial least square). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Job Insecurity tidak berpengaruh terhadap Turnover Intention, Stres Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Turnover Intention, serta Beban Kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap Turnover Intention.
