Abstract
ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja (X1) dan stres kerja (X2) terhadap produktivitas kerja (Y) melalui semangat kerja (Z) pada PT Home Center Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang diukur menggunakan skala likert. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Home Center Indonesia. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan Teknik purposive sampling dengan krieria karyawan PT Home Center Indonesia bagian sales Executive daerah bekasi yang berjumlah 206 responden. Analisis yang digunakan adalah SEM-PLS menguji outer model, inner model dan hipotesis dengan menggunakan Software SmartPlS 3.2.9 Hasil dari penelitian ini bahwa beban kerja berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja pada perusahaan retail furnished. Beban Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Semangat Kerja pada perusahaan retail furnished. Stres Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Produktivitas Kerja pada perusahaan retail furnished. Stres Kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap Semangat Kerja pada perusahaan retail furnished. Semangat Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Produktivitas Kerja pada perusahaan retail furnished. Beban Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Produktivitas kerja melalui Semangat kerja sebagai intervening pada perusahaan retail furnished. stres kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap Produktivitas Kerja melalui Semangat Kerja sebagai intervening pada perusahaan retail furnished. ABSTRACT This study is aimed to determine the effect of workload (X1) and stress (X2) on productivity (Y) spirit (Z) at PT Home Center Indonesia. The method uses quantitative methods. The data collection method uses a questionnaire which is measured using a Likert scale. The population in this study were employees of PT Home Center Indonesia. The sampling method used a purposive sampling technique with the criteria of employees of PT Home Center Indonesia as part of the Bekasi area sales executive, totaling 206 respondents. The analysis used is SEM-PLS testing the outer model, inner model and hypotheses using SmartPLS 3.2.9 Software. The results of this study state that workload has a effect on work productivity in retail furnished companies. Workload has a effect on spirit in retail furnishing companies. Work stress has a effect on work productivity in retail furnishing companies. Work stress has no effect on spirit in retail furnishing companies. Work spirit has a effect on Work Productivity in retail furnishing companies. Workload has a effect on work productivity through work spirit as an intervening in retail furnishing companies. work stress has no effect on work productivity through work spirit as an intervening in retail furnished companies.
