Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh budaya organisasi, tanggung jawab dan kerjasama tim terhadap penempatan kerja dalam organisasi Persit Kartika Chandra Kirana pada ruang lingkup TNI AD. Strategi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian asosiatif kuantitatif dengan metode survey. Sampel dari penelitian ini berjumlah 120 reponden. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Alat analisis yang digunakan penelitian ini yaitu Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan program SmartPLS 4.0 dan dievaluasi outer model dan inner model. Dari ketiga hipotesis yang diajukan seluruhnya terdukung. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap penempatan kerja dalam organisasi Persit Kartika Chandra Kirana pada ruang lingkup TNI AD, (2) tanggung jawab berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penempatan kerja dalam organisasi Persit Kartika Chandra Kirana pada ruang lingkup TNI AD, (3) kerjasama tim berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penempatan kerja dalam organisasi Persit Kartika Chandra Kirana pada ruang lingkup TNI AD. The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of organizational culture, responsibility and teamwork on work placement in the Persit Kartika Chandra Kirana organization on the scope of the Indonesian Army. The strategy used in this study is quantitative associative research with survey methods. The sample of this study amounted to 120 respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The analytical tool used in this study is Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS 4.0 program and evaluated outer model and inner model. Of the three hypotheses proposed, all are supported. The results of this study show that (1) organizational culture affects job placement in the Persit Kartika Chandra Kirana organization in the scope of the Indonesian Army, (2) responsibility has a positive and significant effect on job placement in the Persit Kartika Chandra Kirana organization within the scope of the Indonesian Army, (3) teamwork has a positive and significant effect on job placement in the Persit Kartika Chandra Kirana organization within the scope of the Indonesian Army.
