Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of workload, compensation and motivation on job satisfaction at PT.Berkat Subuh Transpor This study uses a causal associative method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study are employees of PT. Berkat Subuh Transpor, there were 84 research samples taken using the Slovin formula. Data obtained from the results of collection using a questionnaire. The analytical tool used is SPSS (Statistical for Social Science Program) 26 with path analysis techniques and partial tests (t test). Based on the results and discussion, it shows that workload has a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction with a t count of 0.2640> 1.960 which exceeds the t table and a significance value of 0.010 <0.005 below the level of significance value, then compensation has a significant negative effect on satisfaction employee work with t count is greater than 0.003 <1.960 below the t tablel value and the significance value is greater than 0.997> 0.005 exceeds the specified significance value, and work motivation has a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction with t count greater than 8.834>1.960 tablel and has a significance greater than 0.000 <0.05 less than the specified significance value Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Beban Kerja, Kompensasi dan Motivasi terhadap Kepuasan Kerja di PT. Berkat Subuh Transpor Penelitian ini menggunakan metode asosiatif kausal dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Berkat Subuh Transpor, pengambilan sampel penelitian sebanyak 84 orang, dengan rumus Slovin. Data diperoleh dari hasil pengumpulan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah SPSS (Statistical for Program Social Science) 26 dengan teknik analisis jalur dan uji parsial (Uji t) Berdasarkan hasil dan pembahasan menunjukan bahwa beban kerja mempunyai pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan delngan t hitung selbelsar 0,2640>1,960 yang mellelbihi t tabell dan nilai signifikansi 0,010< 0,005 di bawah dari taraf nilai signifikansi, kemudian kompensasi mempunyai pengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan delngan t hitung selbelsar 0,003 < 1,960 di bawah dari nilai t tabell dan nilai signifikansi selbelsar 0,997> 0,005 mellelbihi nilai signifikansi yang di telntukan, dan motivasi kerja mempunyai pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan delngan t hitung selbelsar 8,834>1,960 mellelbihi dari t tabell dan melmiliki signifikansi selbelsar 0,000<0,05 kurang dari nilai signifikansi yang ditelntukan
