Abstract

This study aims to examine whether there is an effect of work stress, work life balance and job satisfaction on the turnover intention of nurses at Siloam Hospital Kebon Jeruk. This study used a quantitative approach, which was measured using multiple linear regression analysis and the coefficient of determination with the help of SPSS version 26. The population of this study were nurse employees Rs. Siloam Kebon Jeruk. The sample was determined based on probably sampling method, using the slovin formula to determine the number of samples of 76 respondents who were analyzed using validity and reliability tests. The data used in this research is primary data. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and observation methods. Testing the hypothesis in this study using the t test. The results of the study prove that partially work stress (X1) and job satisfaction (X3) have a significant effect on nurse turnover intention at Siloam Kebon Jeruk Hospital, while work life balance has no significant effect on nurse turnover intention at Siloam Kebon Jeruk Hospital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah ada pengaruh stres kerja, work life balance dan kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover intention perawat di Rs. Siloam Kebon Jeruk. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, yang diukur dengan metode analisis regresi linear berganda dan koefisien determinasi dengan bantuan SPSS version 26. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah karyawan perawat Rs. Siloam Kebon Jeruk. Sampel ditentukan berdasarkan metode probably sampling, dengan menggunakan rumus slovin untuk menentukan jumlah sampel sebanyak 76 responden yang dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji validitas dan realibilitas. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa data primer. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode penyebaran kuesioner dan observasi. Pengujian hipotesis pada penelitian ini menggunakan uji t. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa secara parsial stres kerja (X1) dan kepuasan kerja (X3) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap turnover intention perawat di Rs. Siloam Kebon Jeruk, sedangkan work life balance tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention perawat di Rs. Siloam Kebon Jeruk.
