Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work stress, toxic leadership, workplace bullying mediated by person-job fit on the turnover intention of employees of the warehouse division of PT Bintang Toedjoe Plant Pulogadung. The independent variables used are work stress, toxic leadership, workplace bullying, while the dependent variable used is turnover intention and the last mediating variable is person-job fit. The method used in this study is a survey method, this data is obtained from the results of collection using questionnaires. The population in this study is employees of the warehouse division at PT Bintang Toedjoe Plant Pulogadung. The sample in this study was 79 respondents. The analysis tool used is SmartPLS 3 with SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) techniques based on PLS (Partial Least Square). The results of this study state that work stress directly affects person-job fit, toxic leadership does not affect person-job fit, workplace bullying affects person-job fit, person job-fit affects turnover intention. Through mediation or indirectly work stress does not affect turnover intention mediated by person-job fit, toxic leadership has no effect on turnover intention mediated by person-job fit, and workplace bullying has no effect on turnover intention mediated by person-job fit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh stres kerja, toxic leadership, workplace bullying dengan dimediasi oleh person-job fit terhadap turnover intention karyawan divisi warehouse PT Bintang Toedjoe Plant Pulogadung. Adapun variabel independen yang digunakan adalah stress kerja, toxic leadership, workplace bullying, sedangkan variabel dependen yang digunakan adalah turnover intention dan yang terakhir variabel mediasi yaitu person-job fit. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei, data ini didapatkan dari hasil pengumpulan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan divisi warehouse yang ada di PT Bintang Toedjoe Plant Pulogadung. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 79 responden. Alat analisis yang digunakan yaitu SmartPLS 3 dengan teknik SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) berbasis PLS (Partial Least Square). Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa secara langsung stress kerja berpengaruh terhadap person-job fit, toxic leadership tidak berpengaruh terhadap person-job fit, workplace bullying berpengaruh terhadap person-job fit, person job-fit berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention. Melalui mediasi atau secara tidak langsung stress kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention dimediasi oleh person-job fit, toxic leadership tidak berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention dimediasi oleh person-job fit, dan workplace bullying tidak berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention dimediasi oleh person-job fit.
