Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence Job Stress, Work Motivation and Job Satisfaction have on Employee Turnover Rates. The independent variables in this study are Job Stress, Work Motivation and Job Satisfaction, and for the dependent variable, namely Employee Turnover Rate. This research was conducted at PT. SiCepat Ekspress Indonesia which is located in the , center Jakarta. Samples were taken using the Purposive Sampling Technique, with a 121 sample of respondents from PT. SiCepat Ekspress Indonesia, To answer the hypothesis of this research using a descriptive research type, quantitative approach, which is measured using a method based on the coefficient of determination with SPSS 25. The results of the research show that: (1) Job Stress affectst Intention To Quit From Company. (2) Work Motivation influences Intention To Quit From Company. (3) Job Satisfaction affects Intention To Quit From Company. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Stres Kerja, Motivasi Kerja dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Tingkat Perputaran Karyawan . Variabel indenpenden pada penelitian ini yaitu Stres Kerja, Motivasi Kerja dan Kepuasan Kerja, dan untuk variabel dependen yaitu Tingkat Perputaran Karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. SiCepat Ekspress Indonesia yang beralamat Jakarta Pusat. Sampel yang diambil menggunakan Teknik Purposive Sampling, dengan jumlah sampel 121 responden dari PT. SiCepat Ekspress Indonesia, Untuk menjawab hipotesis penelitian ini menggunkan jenis penelitian deskriptif, pendekatan kuantitatif, yang diukur dengan menggunakan metode berbasis koefisien determinasi dengan SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Stres Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Niat Keluar Karyawan. (2) Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Niat Keluar Karyawan. (3) Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Niat Keluar Karyawan.
