Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of product quality, price and promotion on car spare parts consumer satisfaction at PT OHK Multi Prima Indonesia. The method used is causal associative with a quantitative approach. The survey method was carried out using a questionnaire as a means of collecting data. The population in this study were customers of PT. OlHK Multi Prima Indonelsia with a total of 1200. The sample used was 93 people. The analysis tool used is SPSS version 24. Based on the results and discussion, it shows that the influence of product quality on customer satisfaction with automotive spare parts at PT OlHK Multi Prima Indonelsia does not significantly influence customer satisfaction. The influence of price on customer satisfaction with customer satisfaction. Production promotion has a significant influence on customer satisfaction. Mobile spare parts at PT OlHK Multi Prima Indonelsia have a significant influence on customer satisfaction. Simultaneously influence product quality, price and production on customer satisfaction. Together they have a significant influence on customer satisfaction. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Kualitas Produk, Harga Dan Promosi Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen Sparepart Mobil pada PT OHK Multi Prima Indonesia. Metoda yang digunakan adalah asosiatif kausal dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, Metoda survei dilakukan dengan kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpulan datanya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pellanggan PT. OlHK Multi Prima Indonesia dengan jumlah 1200. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 93 orang. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah SPSS velrsi 24. Berdasarkan hasil dan pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa Pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan konsumen sparepart mobil di PT OHK Multi Prima Indonesia tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, Pengaruh harga terhadap kepuasan konsumen sparepart mobil di PT OHK Multi Prima Indonesia tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, Pengaruh promosi terhadap kepuasan konsumen sparepart mobil di PT OHK Multi Prima Indonesia promosi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan kolnsumeln, Pelngaruh selcara simultan kualitas prolduk, harga dan prolmolsi telrhadap kelpuasan kolnsumeln selcara belrsama-sama belrpelngaruh selcara signifikan telrhadap kelpuasan kolnsumeln
