Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence School Culture and Self Efficacy have on student achievement in MAN 20 East Jakarta. The method used is the method of collecting data using a questionnaire measured by a Likert scale. The sampling method used the Nonprobability Sampling technique with a purposive sampling technique of 84 respondents. The strategy used in this study is a quantitative strategy using an associative strategy with SEM-PLS Partial Least Square calculations through the SmartPLS 3.2.9 software which includes testing the outer model, inner model, and testing the hypothesis. The results of this research prove that School Culture has a direct effect on Motivation, Self Efficacy has no direct effect on Motivation, School Culture has no direct effect on Learning Achievement, Self efficacy has a direct effect on Learning Achievement, Motivation has a direct effect on Learning Achievement, School Culture has an indirect effect on Learning Achievement mediated by Motivation, Self Efficacy does not have an indirect effect on Learning Achievement mediated by Motivation. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh School Culture dan Self Efficacy terhadap prestasi belajar pada siswa MAN 20 Jakarta Timur. Metoda yang digunakan adalah metoda pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang diukur skala likert. Metoda pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Nonprobability Sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling sebanyak 84 responden. Strategi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah strategi kuantitatif menggunakan strategi asosiatif dengan perhitungan SEM-PLS Partial Least Square melalui software SmartPLS 3.2.9 yang meliputi uji outer model, inner model, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa School Culture berpengaruh langsung terhadap Motivasi, Self Efficacy tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap Motivasi, School Culture tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap Prestasi Belajar, Self efficacy berpengaruh lansgung terhadap Prestasi Belajar, Motivasi berpengaruh langsung terhadap Prestasi Belajar, School Culture berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap Prestasi Belajar dengan mediasi Motivasi, Self Efficacy tidak berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap Prestasi Belajar dengan mediasi Motivasi
