Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, Pengaruh komunikasi internal terhadap kepuasan kerja, dan pengaruh pelatihan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja pada PT. Concentrix Services Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan strategi penelitian asosiatif. Teknik pengumpulan datta melalui kuesioner dengan teknik pengambilan sampel Simple Random Sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode SEM-PLS dengan menggunakan software SmartPLS 3.0. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Concentrix Services Indonesia berjumlah 1450 karyawan. Sampel ditentukan berdasarkan rumus slovin, dengan jumlah 100 sampel. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Displin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, 2) Komunikasi Internal tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, dan 3) Pelatihan Kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline on job satisfaction, the effect of internal communication on job satisfaction, and the effect of job training on job satisfaction at PT. Concentrix Services Indonesia. This study uses an associative research strategy. The data collection technique was a questionnaire with the Simple Random Sampling sampling technique. Data analysis was carried out using the SEM-PLS method using SmartPLS 3.0 software. The population of this research is all employees of PT. Concentrix Services Indonesia, which has a total of 1450 employees. The sample is determined based on the Slovin formula, with a total of 100 samples. The results of this study indicate that: 1) work discipline has an effect on job satisfaction; 2) internal communication has no effect on job satisfaction; and 3) job training has an effect on job satisfaction.
