Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Motivasi, Lingkunan Kerja, dan Keselamatan Kerja terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan melalui Kepuasan Kerja sebagai variabel mediasi pada PT FSCM Manufacturing Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner menggunakan Google Form yang disebarkan melalui online. Penelittian ini diukur menggunakan bantuan software SmartPLS versi 4.1.0.9. Teknik total sampling digunakan karena seluruh populasi yang berjumlah 100 orang memenuhi kriteria sebagai responden, yang terdiri dari Karyawan PT FSCM Manufacturing Indonesia. Hasil dari penelitian ini menemukan bahwa motivasi dan Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh langsung terhadap produktivitas dan berpengaruh langsung terhadap kepuasan kerja. Keselamatan kerja berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap produktivitas dan berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap produktivitas. Motivasi, lingkungan kerja, dan keselamatan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas melalui kepuasan kerja. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation, work environment, and occupational safety on employee productivity through job satisfaction as a mediating variable at PT FSCM Manufacturing Indonesia. The method used in this study was quantitative. Data collection was conducted through a questionnaire distributed online using Google Forms. This study was measured using SmartPLS software version 4.1.0.9. A total sampling technique was used because the entire population of 100 employees of PT FSCM Manufacturing Indonesia met the respondent criteria. The results of this study found that motivation and work environment have a direct effect on productivity and a direct effect on job satisfaction. Occupational safety has an indirect effect on productivity and an indirect effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has an indirect effect on productivity. Motivation, work environment, and occupational safety do not affect productivity through job satisfaction.
