Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh stres kerja, motivasi dan kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PT. Indokemika Jayatama. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Indokemika Jayatama yaitu 125 karyawan. Sampel ditentukan berdasarkan metode purposive sampling dengan rumus slovin, didapat jumlah responden sebanyak 95 karyawan sebagai sampel. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitalif, yang di analisis menggunakan koefisien determinasi dengan SPSS (Software Product and Service Solution) Versi 24.00 dengan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan Koefisien Determinasi, Uji T, Uji F. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara langsung kepada karyawan dan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Motivasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Kompensasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Stres kerja, motivasi, dan kompensasi berpengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Kata Kunci : Stres Kerja, Motivasi, Kompensasi, dan Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan The purpose of this study was to determine the influence off work stress, motivation and compensation on employee job satisfaction at PT. Indokemika Jayatama. The population in this study is all employees of PT. Indokemika Jayatama is 125 employees. Samples were determined based on the purposive sampling method with slovin formula, with a total of 95 employees as the sample. This research uses a type of quantitative research, which is analyzed using determination coefficients with SPSS (Software Product and Service Solution) Version 24.00 by testing hypotheses using the Determination Coefficient, T Test, F test. Data collection techniques using direct interview methods to employees and disseminating questionnaires to respondents. The results of this study prove that the work stress has a negative effect on employee job satisfaction. Motivation has a positive effect on employee job satisfaction. Compensation has a positive effect on employee job satisfaction. Work stress, motivation, and compensation have a joint on employee job satisfaction.
