Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh Motivasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Bank DKI Klaster Tanjung Priok, (2) pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Bank DKI Klaster Tanjung Priok, (3) pengaruh Pengembangan Karir terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Bank DKI Klaster Tanjung Priok, dan (4) pengaruh Motivasi, Lingkungan Kerja, dan Pengembangan Karir terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Bank DKI Cabang Tanjung Priok. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 105 karyawan dari total populasi keseluruhan karyawan sejumlah 143 orang di PT Bank DKI Cabang Tanjung Priok. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Analisis dalam penelitian menggunakan software IBM SPSS versi 25. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis koefisien korelasi dan pengujian hipotesis secara parsial maupun simultan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) motivasi berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan, (2) lingkungan kerja berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan, (3) pengembangan karir berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan (4) motivasi, lingkungan kerja, dan pengembangan karir berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Motivasi, Lingkungan Kerja, Pengembangan Karir, Kinerja Kerja. ABSTRACT The purpose of this research was to determine (1) the influence of motivation towards the works performance of PT. Bank DKI Tanjung Priuk Cluster’s Employee, (2) the influence of working environment towards the works performance of PT. Bank DKI Tanjung Priuk Cluster’s Employee, (3) the influence of career development towards the works performance of PT. Bank DKI Tanjung Priuk Cluster’s Employee, and (4) the influence of motivation, working environment, and career development the works performance of PT. Bank DKI Tanjung Priuk Cluster’s Employee. This type of study is quantitative research with descriptive method. The sample of this research amount 105 employee from total 143 person employee in PT. Bank DKI Tanjung Priok Cluster. This research collecting datas by using questionnaires. The analysis of this study using IBM SPSS version 25. Data analysis technique in this study used the analysis of correlation coefficients and hypothesis testing partially and simultaneously. The result of this study showed that (1) motivation partially influences the working performances, (2) working environment partially influences the working performances, (3) career development partially influences the working performances, and (4) motivation, working environment, and career development simultaneously influences the working performances.
