Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kompetensi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap keterlibatan kerja dan kepuasan kerja karyawan di PT. Yamaha Music Manufacturing Indonesia. Strategi penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan model korelasi. Metoda penelitian ini adalah metoda survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT Yamaha Music Manufacturing Indonesia yang berjumlah 2400 karyawan dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 orang karyawan diperoleh menggunakan rumus slovin dengan tingkat kesalahan 10%. Analisis yang digunakan adalah SEM PLS penelitian menguji Inner model, outer model dan hipotesis dengan menggunakan software SmartPLS 3.3.3 Hasil penelitian menyatakan: (1) Kompetensi berpengaruh terhadap keterlibatan kerja sebesar 55.2%. (2) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap keterlibatan kerja sebesar 39.1%. (3) Kompetensi berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja sebesar 36.2%. (4) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja sebesar 35.2%. Kata Kunci : Kompetensi, Lingkungan Kerja, Keterlibatan Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja This study aims to determine the competence and work environment on job involvement and job satisfaction of employees at PT. Yamaha Music Manufacturing Indonesia. This research strategy is quantitative with a correlation model. This research method is a survey method. The population in this study were all employees of PT Yamaha Music Manufacturing Indonesia, totaling 2400 employees and the sample in this study were 100 employees obtained using the Slovin formula with an error rate of 10%. The analysis used is SEM PLS research testing the inner model, outer model and hypothesis using SmartPLS 3.3.3 software. The results of the study stated: (1) Competence has an effect on job involvement by 55.2%. (2) The work environment affects work involvement by 39.1%. (3) Competence affects job satisfaction by 36.2%. (4) The work environment affects job satisfaction by 35.2%. Keywords: Competence, Work Environment, Job Involvement, Job Satisfaction
