Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji mengenai penerapan sistem pembayaran e-payment pada mitra usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) yang terdapat di wilayah Kebon Baru, Tebet, Jakarta Selatan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif. Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan metode wawancara. Jumlah responden yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini sebanyak lima responden yang merupakan mitra UMKM yang berjualan di wilayah Kebon Baru, Tebet, Jakarta Selatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan e-payment meningkatkan penetapan harga yang dilakukan oleh mitra UMKM. Penerapan e-payment cukup baik karena metode pembayaran dengan e-payment mempermudah mitra UMKM. Selain itu, dengan adanya penerapan e-payment meningkatkan omzet yang diperoleh mitra UMKM. Kata kunci : Sistem Pembayaran, E-Payment dan Mitra UMKM This study aims to examine the application of e-payment system in micro,small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) partners in Kebon Baru, Tebet, South Jakarta. This research in descriptive research. The method of data collection in this study is to use the interview method. The number of respondents studied in this study as many as five respondents who are MSME partners who sell in the Kebon Baru area, Tebet, South Jakarta. The results showed that the application of e-payment improved the pricing conducted by MSME partners. The application of e-payment is quite good because payment methods with e-payment make it easier for MSME partners. In addition, the implementation of e-payment increases the turnover obtained by MSME partners. Keywords : Payment system, E-Payment, UMKM Partners
