Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh manajemen talenta yang terdiri dari (daya tarik bakat, pengembangan bakat serta retensi bakat) dan proposisi nilai karyawan terhadap organisasi pembelajaran di puskesmas Gunungtanjung. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh karyawan puskesmas Gunungtanjung dengan penentuan sampel menggunakan Purposive Sampling. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data primer dengan teknik kuesioner serta diukur melalui skala likert dan menggunakan jenis kuesioner tertutup. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik data deskriptif dan analisis jawaban responden. Metode analisis statistik dapat dipilih dan disesuaikan dengan tujuan penelitian, teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji asumsi klasik, uji koefisien determinasi parsial, uji statistik F dan Uji statistik t. Teknik pengambilan sampel digunakan dengan metode purpose sampling. Ssemua data diolah dengan menggunakan program SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa daya tarik bakat berpengaruh terhadap organisasi pembelajaran di puskesmas Gunungtanjung, pengembangan bakat berpengaruh terhadap organisasi pembelajaran di puskesmas Gunungtanjung, retensi bakat berpengaruh terhadap organisasi pembelajaran di puskesmas Gunungtanjung dan proposisi nilai karyawan tidak berpengaruh terhadap organisasi pembelajaran. ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of talent management consisting of (talent attraction, talent development and talent retention) and employee value propositions on learning organizations at the Gunungtanjung Public Health Center. The population in this study were all employees of the Gunungtanjung Public Health Center with the determination of the sample using Purposive Sampling. In this study using primary data collection techniques with questionnaire techniques and measured through a scale likert and using a closed questionnaire. The data analysis method used is statistical analysis of descriptive data and analysis of respondents' answers. Statistical analysis methods can be selected and adapted to the research objectives, the data analysis technique used in this study is the assumption test classic, partial determination coefficient test, F statistical test and statistical test . The sampling technique was used by the method purpose sampling. All data were processed using the SPSS 25 program. The results showed that talent attraction affected learning organization at Gunungtanjung Public Health Center, talent development influenced learning organization at Gunungtanjung Public Health Center, talent retention affected learning organization at Gunungtanjung Public Health Center and employee value proposition had no effect on learning organization.
