Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengembangan dan pemeliharaan karyawan baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan PT. Ace Hardware Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi sejumlah 40 responden, sedangkan untuk jumlah sampel sama dengan populasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah Non Probability sampling dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menyebarkan kuesioner, sedangkan analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara pengembangan terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan, hal tersebut ditunjukkan dari: 1) Hasil uji t hitung sebesar 0,808 dengan signifikasi 0,000. 2) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara pengembangan dan pemeliharaan karyawan secara simultan terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan. Variabel pengembangan dan pemeliharaan memiliki nilai F hitung sebesar 71,707 dengan signifikansi 0,000 dan Dengan besar pengaruh sebesar 78,4% dan sedangkan sisanya sebesar 21,6% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lainnya. Kata Kunci : Pengembangan , Pemeliharaan dan Kinerja Karyawan. ABSTRACT This study aims to find out the influence of employee development and maintenance on improving employee performance (Study at PT Ace Hardware Indonesia branch Mall Green Pramuka Square) This study uses a quantitative approach. The population is 40 respondents, while the sample size is the same as the population. The sampling technique is Non Probability sampling using saturated samples. The sampling technique is Non Probability sampling using saturated samples. The technique of collecting data was by distributing questionnaires, while data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between development on improving employee performance, it was shown from: 1) The result of the t-test is 0.808 with a significance of 0.000. 2) There is a positive and significant influence between the development and maintenance of employees simultaneously on improving employee performance. The development and maintenance variable has a calculated F value of 71.707 with a significance of 0.000 and with a large influence of 78.4% and the remaining 21.6% influenced by other factors.
