Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi, kompetensi, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Bank BJB Tbk. Kantor Cabang Depok. Kinerja karyawan sebagai variabel dependen, sedangkan budaya organisasi, kompetensi, dan lingkungan kerja sebagai variabel independen. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian asosiatif/kausalitas pendekatan kuantitatif, yang dianalisis dengan menggunakan koefisien determinasi simultan, dan pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji signifikan parsial (uji-t), uji signifikan simultan (uji-f), dengan software SPSS 25.0. Sampel ditentukan berdasarkan metode Purposive Sampling, dengan sampel sebanyak 43 karyawan Bank BJB Kantor Cabang Depok. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa data primer dan sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi, kompetensi, dan lingkungan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan budaya organisasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, kompetensi, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Bank BJB Tbk. Kantor Cabang Depok. Kata Kunci : Budaya Organisasi, Kompetensi, Lingkungan Kerja, dan Kinerja Karyawan ABSTRACT This research aims to found the influence of organizational culture, competence, and work environment on employee performance at PT. Bank BJB Tbk. Depok Branch Office. Employee performance is a dependent variable, while organizational culture, competence, and work environment as independent variables. The study used a type of associative/causality research quantitative approach, analyzed using simultaneous determination coefficients, and hypothesis testing using significant partial tests (t-tests), simultaneously significant tests (f-tests), with SPSS 25.0 software. The sample was determined based on the Purposive Sampling method, with a sample of 43 employees of Depok Bank BJB Branch Offices. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. The results showed that organizational culture, competence, and work environment simultaneously affect employee performance. While the organizational culture does not affect employee performance, competence, and work environment affects the performance of employees of PT. Bank BJB Tbk. Depok Branch Office.
