Abstract

PENGARUH MOTIVASI, LINGKUNGAN KERJA, DAN KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP STRES KERJA KARYAWAN CV. LAYER PRINTING ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi, lingkungan kerja, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap stres kerja karyawan CV. Layer Printing. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan CV. Layer Printing sejumlah 139 karyawan. Sampel ditentukan berdasarkan metode purposive sampling dengan rumus slovin, didapat jumlah responden sebanyak 103 karyawan sebagai sampel. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif, yang di analisis menggunakan koefisien determinasi dengan SPSS (Software Product and Service Solution) Versi 24.00 dengan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan Koefisien Determinasi, Uji T, dan Uji F. Teknik pengumpulan data mengumpulkan metode wawancara langsung kepada karyawan dan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi berpengaruh positif terhadap stres kerja karyawan. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap stres kerja karyawan. Kepuasan berpengaruh positif terhadap stres kerja karyawan. Motivasi, lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap stres kerja karyawan. Kata Kunci : Motivasi, Lingkungan Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja dan Stres Kerja Karyawan. EFFECT OF MOTIVATION, WORK ENVIRONMENT, AND JOB SATISFACTION ON EMPLOYEE WORK STRESS CV. PRINTING LAYER ABSTRACT The research objective was to determine the effect of motivation, work environment, and job satisfaction on job stress of employees of CV. Layer Printing. The population in this study were all employees of CV. Layer Printing totaling 139 employees. The sample was determined based on the purposive sampling method with the Slovin formula, the number of respondents was 103 employees as the sample. This research uses quantitative research, which is analyzed using the coefficient of determination with SPSS (Software Product and Service Solution) Version 24.00 with hypothesis testing using the coefficient of determination, T test, and F test. The data collection technique collects direct interviews with employees and distributes questionnaires. to respondents. . The results of this study indicate that motivation has a positive effect on employee work stress. The work environment has a positive effect on employee work stress. Satisfaction has a positive effect on employee work stress. Motivation, work environment and job satisfaction simultaneously influence employee work stress.
