Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh manajemen talenta, organisasi pembelajar dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Zixta Logistics Services. Populasi sdalam penelitian ini karyawan PT Zixta Logistics Services. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner sebanyak 50 karyawan dari jumlah populasi 50 karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampling menggunakan sampling jenuh. Teknik pengujian data yang digunakandalam penelitian ini meliputi uji validitas,uji realibilitas. Analisis regresi berganda,koefisien determinasi simultan dan uji t,uji f untuk menguji dan membuktikan hipotesis penelitian ini menggunakan program SPSS v 25.0 for windows. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa : variabel Manajemen Talenta secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, Organisasi Pembelajar secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, Komitmen Organisasi secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. KATA KUNCI: MANAJEMEN TALENTA, ORGANISASI PEMBELAJAR DAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN ABSTARCT The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of talent management, learning organization and organizational commitment on the performance of PT Zixta Logistics Services employees. The population in this study are employees of PT Zixta Logistics Services. This study uses quantitative analysis. Collecting data with a questionnaire as many as 50 employees from a total population of 50 employees. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data testing techniques used in this study include validity tests, reliability tests. Multiple regression analysis, simultaneous determination coefficient and t test, f test to test and prove the hypothesis of this study using the SPSS v 25.0 for windows. The results of this study prove that: Talent Management variable partially has no effect on employee performance, Learning Organization partially affects employee performance, Organizational Commitment partially affects employee performance.
