Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana hubungan antara persepsi manfaat, persepsi kemudahan dan persepsi resiko dengan keputusan pembelian di E-toll (survey terhadap konsumen : kelurahan Rawa Bunga). Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 97 orang pelanggan, yang dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling. Metoda analisis yang digunakan adalah koefisien korelasi parsial dan berganda, serta pengujian hipotesis secara parsial maupun simultan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan : (1) koefisien korelasi parsial antara persepsi manfaat dengan keputusan pembelian senilai 0,743. Hasil uji hipotesis secara parsial 0,000; (2) koefisien korelasi parsial antara persepsi kemudahan dengan keputusan pembelian senilai 0,838. Hasil uji hipotesis secara parsial 0,005; koefisien korelasi parsial antara persepsi risiko dengan keputusan pembelian senilai 0,106. Hasil uji hipotesis secara parsial 0,311; (4) Koefesien korelasi berganda antara persepsi manfaat, persepsi kemudahan, dan persepsi risiko dengan keputusan pembelian sebesar 0,769. Hasil uji hipotesis secara simultan senilai 0,000. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian ini : (1) koefisien korelasi parsial persepsi manfaat dengan keputusan pembelian positif dan signifikan; (2) koefisien korelasi parsial persepsi kemudahan dengan keputusan pembelian dengan keputusan pembelian positif dan signifikan; (3) koefisien korelasi parsial persepsi risiko dengan keputusan pembelian negatif dan tidak signifikan; (4) Koefisien korelasi berganda persepsi manfaat, persepsi kemudahan , dan persepsi risiko dengan keputusan pembelian positif dan signifikan. The results of this research are : (1) Partial correlation coefficient between perceive of use and purchase decision valued at 0.743. The hypothesis test result is partially 0,000; (2) Partial correlation coefficient between perceive of ease and purchase decision valued at 0.838. The hypothesis test result is partially 0.005; (3) Partial correlation coefficient between perceive of risk and purchase decision valued at 0.106. The hypothesis test result is partially 0.311; (4) Coefficient of multiple correlation between perceive of use, perceive of ease, and perceive of risk with purchase decision of 0.769. The hypothesis test result simultaneously 0.000 value. The conclusion of the results of this research are : (1) Partial correlation coefficient between perceive of use with purchase decision is a positive and significant; (2) Partial correlation coefficient between perceive of ease with purchase decision is a positive and significant;(3) Partial correlation coefficient between perceive of risk with purchase decision is a negative and unsignificant;(4) Multiple correlation coefficient between perceive of use, perceive of ease, and perceive of risk with purchase decision. is a positive and significant correlation.
