Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja serta motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada karyawan produksi R&D PT. Dayup Indo. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh karyawan produksi R&D PT. Dayup Indo. Penelitian ini metode survey menggunakan analisis kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebanyak 67 orang dari jumlah populasi 200 karyawan R&D produksi PT. Dayup Indo. Teknik pengambilan sampel digunakan adalah dengan metode simple random sampling menggunakan rumus Slovin. Teknik pengujian data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi uji validitas, dan uji realibiltas. Uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda dan koefisien determinasi simultan untuk menguji dan membuktikan hipotesis penelitian dengan menggunakan program SPSS v 24.0 for Windows. Hasil perhitungan dari regresi linear berganda Y = 2.896 + 0.657X1 - 0.290X2 + 0.749X3 + e. Simpulan penelitian ini yaitu pengaruh signifikan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 0,657 dan signfikan. Pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar -0,290 dan tidak signifikan. Pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 0,749 dan signifikan. Hasil koefisien determinasi secara simultan menunjukan lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja serta motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan tersebut 61,1% hasil ini menunjukan signifikan secara simultan sedangkan sebanyak 38,9% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain diluar penelitian ini. Kata Kunci: Lingkungan Kerja, Disiplin Kerja Motivasi Kerja dan Kinerja Karyawan ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work environment and work discipline and work motivation on the performance of employees in R&D production employees of PT. Indo Dayup. The population in this study are all R&D production employees of PT. Indo Dayup. This research survey method uses quantitative analysis. Data collection using a questionnaire of 67 people from a population of 200 R&D employees produced by PT. Indo Dayup. The sampling technique used is the simple random sampling method using the Slovin formula. The data testing techniques used in this study include validity testing, and reliability testing. Classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis and simultaneous determination coefficient to test and prove the research hypothesis by using SPSS v 24.0 for Windows. Calculation results from multiple linear regression Y = 2.896 + 0.657X1-0.290X2 + 0.749X3 + e. The conclusion of this study is that the significant effect of the work environment on employee performance is 0.657 and significant. The effect of work discipline on employee performance is -0.290 and not significant. The effect of work motivation on employee performance is 0.749 and significant. The results of the coefficient of determination simultaneously show the work environment and work discipline as well as work motivation on employee performance 61.1% of these results show significant simultaneous while as much as 38.9% are influenced by other factors outside of this study.
