Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh sikap terhadap minat berwirausaha, kreativitas terhadap minat berwirausaha dan pengetahuan terhadap minat berwirausaha, serta mengetahui pengaruh antara sikap, kreativitas dan pengetahuan secara bersama-sama terhadap minat berwirausaha. Dan juga mengetahui seberapa besar presentase pengaruh sikap, kreativitas dan pengetahuan terhadap minat berwirausAha pada Siswa/i SMK Mutiara 17 Agustus Bekasi. Penelitian yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan strategi assosiatif. Dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Tehnik pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Instrument pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini dengan menggunakan angket. Populasi yang digunakan adalah siswa/i tingkat akhir sebanyak 127 siswa. Penentuan sampel menggunakan rumus slovin dengan taraf kesalahan 5 % dan berjumlah 97 sampel. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sikap tidak mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha, sedangkan kreativitas dan pengetahuan mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha. Secara bersama-sama kreativitas dan pengetahuan mempunyai pengaruh terhadap minat berwirausaha sebesar 31,30 % dan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Kata Kunci : Sikap, Kreativitas, Pengetahuan Kewirausahaan, Minat berwirausaha ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to know the influence of attitudes on entrepreneurship itention, creativity on entrepreneurship itention and knowledge on entrepreneurship itention. And to determine the influence of attitude, creativity and knowledge together on entrepreneurship itention. Also knowing how much percentage of attitude, creativity and knowledge in student SMK Mutiara 17 Agustus Bekasi. This research is conducted uses associative strategies. With a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out using questionnaire. Data collection instruments used in this research using a questionnaire. The population use the third class as much as 127 students. Determination of the sample using the Slovin formula with an error level of 5 % and totalling 97 samples. Analysis of this research use multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed attitude has no significant effect on entrepreneurship itention, while a creativity and knowledge have a significant effect on entrepreneurship itention. In together creativity and knowledge have an influence on entrepreneurship itention by 31.30% and the rest are influenced by other variables not examined in this research.
