Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh pengembangan karir, budaya organisasi, dan stres kerja karyawan pada PT Pratama Setia Abadi. Strategi penelitian yang digunakan adalah strategi asosiatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini metode kuesioner. Populasi umum dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan pada PT Pratama Setia Abadi. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 50 responden pada PT Pratama Setia Abadi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara berganda pengembangan karir, budaya organisasi, dan stres kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kata kunci : Pengembangan karir, budaya organisasi, stres kerja, kepuasan kerja ABSTRACT This study aims to determine how much influence the career development, organizational culture, and work stress of employees at PT Pratama Setia Abadi. The research strategy used is an associative strategy. The method used in this study was a questionnaire method. The general population in this study were employees at PT Pratama Setia Abadi. The research sample of 50 respondents at PT Pratama Setia Abadi. The results of this study indicate that multiple career development, organizational culture, and work stress do not affect job satisfaction.
