Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh efektivitas kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi pada PT Mitra Edukasi Nusantara. Strategi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah strategi asosiatif dengan metode survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Mitra Edukasi Nusantara, dengan sampel 110 responden melalui Purposive Sampling dan teknik sensus. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis jalur dengan Software (perangkat lunak) Partial Least Square. Berdasarkan hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa secara langsung terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan efektivitas kepemimpinan terhadap kepuasan kerja, secara langsung terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja, secara langsung terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan efektivitas kepemimpinan terhadap komitmen organisasi, secara langsung terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan motivasi kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi dan secara langsung terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi pada PT Mitra Edukasi Nusantara. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership effectiveness and work motivation on job satisfaction and organizational commitment at PT Mitra Edukasi Nusantara. The strategy used in this research is associative strategy with survey method. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Mitra Edukasi Nusantara, with a sample of 110 respondents through purposive sampling and census techniques. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. This research uses path analysis method with Partial Least Square software. Based on the results of the analysis show that there is a direct positive and significant influence on leadership effectiveness on job satisfaction, there is a direct positive and significant influence on work motivation on job satisfaction, there is a direct positive and significant influence on leadership effectiveness on organizational commitment, and there is a direct positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. significant work motivation on organizational commitment and there is a direct positive and significant effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment at PT Mitra Edukasi Nusantara.
