Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat perubahan kinerja karyawan sebelum mengikuti pelatihan dan sesudah mengikuti pelatihan yang diberikan PT. Prima International Cargo. Penelitian ini menggunakan strategi komparatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metoda pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah mendokumentasikan data sekunder berupa KPI karyawan. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 49 karyawan Head Office PT. Prima International Cargo yang telah mengikuti pelatihan. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini yaitu metoda rata-rata hitung. Berdasarkan hasil analisis rata-rata hitung, nilai KPI karyawan mengalami peningkatan sesudah mengikuti pelatihan yang diberikan perusahaan yaitu 0,67. Divisi yang mengalami peningkatan kinerja tertinggi di kelima unsur KPI adalah divisi Seafreight. Hal ini dikarenakan divisi Seafreight mencapai target yang diberikan perusahaan. Unsur KPI yang mengalami peningkatan rata-rata tertinggi adalah unsur ketaatan. Hal ini dikarenakan pelatihan 4DX (4 Disciplines of Execution) didesain untuk meningkatkan ketaatan karyawan, yang merupakan bagian dari kedisiplinan. Kata Kunci : Kinerja Karyawan, Sebelum Pelatihan dan Sesudah Pelatihan ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the level of change in employee performance before attending training and after following training given by PT. Prima International Cargo. This research uses a comparative strategy with a quantitative approach. Data collection method in this research is to document secondary data in the form of employee KPI. The population and sample in this study were 49 Head Office employees of PT. Prima International Cargo who attended the training. The data analysis technique in this study is the arithmetic mean method. Based on the analysis of the arithmetic mean, the KPI value of employees has increased after attending training given by the company which is 0.67. The division that experienced the highest performance improvement in the five KPI elements was the Seafreight division. This is because the Seafreight division achieved the targets the company provided. The elements of KPI that experience the highest average improvement are the elements of obedience. This is because the 4DX (4 Disciplines of Execution) training is designed to increase employee compliance, which is part of discipline.
