Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Keselamatan Kesehatan Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja dan ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR (ODB) terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Main Tenang Jaya. Strategi yang digunakan adalah strategi asosiatif. Metoda penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metoda survei, dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpulan datanya. Responden yang menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah Seluruh karyawan PT Main Tenang yang memiliki kriteria untuk dijadikan sampel yang berjumlah 97 orang. Alat analisis yang digunakan SPSS dengan teknik analisis koefisien determinasi dan pengujian hipotesis baik secara parsial dan simultan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Keselamatan Dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) Berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan ;Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan ;Citizenship Organizarional Behaviorberpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan ; Hasil pengujian hipotesis secara parsial dan simultan Keselamatan Dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3), Lingkungan Kerja, ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR (ODB) terhadap Kinerja karyawan PT Main Tenang Jaya, Jakarta. ABSTRAK This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Occupational Health Safety, Work Environment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior on employee performance at PT Main Tenang Jaya. The strategy used is an associative strategy. The research method used in this study is a survey method, using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. Respondents who were sampled in this study were all employees of PT Main Tenang who had criteria to be used as samples, amounting to 97 people. The analytical tool used is SPSS with the coefficient of determination analysis technique and hypothesis testing both partially and simultaneously. The results showed that Occupational Safety and Health (K3) Affects Employee Performance; Work Environment has an effect on Employee Performance; Citizenship Organizational Behavior has an effect on Employee Performance; The results of partial and simultaneous hypothesis testing of Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Work Environment, Organizational Citizenship Behavior on the performance of employees of PT Main Tenang Jaya, Jakarta.
