Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja, dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Karya Total Mandiri. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode penelitian asosiatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh, dimana semua anggota populasi dijadikan sampel. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 80 Karyawan PT. Karya Total Mandiri. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Analisis dalam penelitian menggunakan software IBM SPSS versi 25. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah koefisien determinasi parsial, simultan, dan hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 35,04%. Pengaruh disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 14,90%. Pengaruh kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 8,29%. Pengaruh simultan motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja, dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 24,21% dan nilai significance sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 menyimpulkan bahwa secara simultan terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja, dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan . Kata Kunci: Motivasi Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, Kompensasi, Kinerja Karyawan ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of work motivation, work discipline, and compensation towards performance of employee PT. Karya Total Mandiri. This type of research was quantitative research used associative research methods. The sampling technique in this study used saturated samples, where all members of the population are sampled. The sample of this study was 80 employees PT Karya Total Mandiri. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. Analysis of this study used IBM SPSS software version 25. Data analysis used is partial determinant analysis, simultaneous, hypothesis test. The result of this study showed that variable work motivation had a significant effect on employee performance by 35.04%. The effect of work discipline was significant on employee performance by 14.90%. The effect of compensation was significant on employee performance by 8.29%. The simultaneous effect of work motivation, work coordination, and compensation on employee performance by 24.21% and the significance value of 0.000 <0.05 calculated based on simultaneous was a significant effect on work motivation, work discipline, and compensation to employee performance.
