Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh hubungan interpersonal dan insentif kerja terhadap motivasi kerja dan komitmen organisasi PT. Technology Karya Mandiri. Sampel penelitian ini adalah sampling jenuh. Dengan jumlah populasi dan sampel yang sama yaitu sebanyak 70 responden. Metode pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang diukur dengan skala likert. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis jalur menggunakan SmartPLS 3.0. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, hubungan interpersonal terhadap motivasi kerja sebesar 0.468 yang berarti motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hubungan interpersonal. Insentif kerja terhadap motivasi kerja sebesar 0.425 yang berarti motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap insentif kerja. Hubungan interpersonal terhadap komitmen organisasi sebesar 0.272 yang berarti komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hubungan interpersonal. Insentif kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi sebesar 0.268 yang berarti komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap insentif kerja. Motivasi kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi sebesar 0.488 yang berarti komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja. Sedangkan hubungan interpersonal terhadap motivasi kerja melalui komitmen organisasi sebesar 0.228 yang berarti motivasi kerja berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap hubungan interpersonal melalui komitmen organisasi. Insentif kerja terhadap motivasi kerja melalui komitmen organisasi sebesar 0.207 yang berarti motivasi kerja berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap insentif kerja melalui komitmen organisasi pada karyawan PT. Technology Karya Mandiri. Kata Kunci : Hubungan Interpersonal, Insentif Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, dan Komitmen Organisasi. The research sample was saturated sampling. With the same population and sample as many as 70 respondents. The method of collecting data is through a questionnaire which is measured with a Likert scale. This research uses the path analysis method using SmartPLS 3.0. Based on the results of the study, interpersonal relationships on work motivation of 0.468, which means work motivation has a positive and significant effect on interpersonal relationships. Work incentives for work motivation of 0.425 which means work motivation has a positive and significant effect on work incentives. Interpersonal relations to organizational commitment of 0.272 which means that organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on interpersonal relationships. Work incentives for organizational commitment amounted to 0.268 which means organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on work incentives. Work motivation towards organizational commitment is 0.488 which means that organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on work motivation. While the interpersonal relationship to work motivation through organizational commitment is 0.228 which means that work motivation has a negative and not significant effect on interpersonal relationships through organizational commitment. Work incentives on work motivation through organizational commitment amounted to 0.207 which means work motivation has a negative and not significant effect on work incentives through organizational commitment to the employees of PT.
