Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan, motivasi, dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai di Lembaga Swadaya Masyarakat Garda Mencegah Dan Mengobati (Narkoba). Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian asosiatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah para klien LSM Garda Mencegah Dan Mengobati dengan karakteristik berusia diatas 17 tahun sampai 50 tahun yang menjalani program rehabilitasi. Sampel ditentukan menggunakan metode Random sampling sehingga sampel diambil selama masa program rehabilitasi sebanyak 133 klien LSM Garda Mencegah Dan Mengobati dengan jumlah 100 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan metode regresi linear berganda dengan program SPSS versi 22.00 Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa variabel kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. kemudian motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil selanjutnya budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kata Kunci :Kepemimpinan, Motivasi, Budaya Organisasi dan Kinerja Pegawai ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership, motivation, and organizational culture on the employee performance of the prevention and treatment (Non-drug organizational) NGO guards. The type of research used is associative research. The population in this study were the client of the prevention and treatment (Non-drug organizational) NGO guards with characteristics aged over 17 years to 50 years undergoing a rehabilitation program. The sample was determined using random sampling a method so that samples were taken during the rehabilitation program as many as 133 client of the prevention and treatment (Non-drug organizational) NGO guards with a total of 100 respondens. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression method with SPSS version 22.00 program. From the results of the study found that the leadership has a significant and positive effect on employee performance. then results also prove that motivation have a significant and positive effect on employee performance. the next result is that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
