Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah ada pengaruh kompensasi, komunikasi organisasi, pengembangan karir dan budaya organisasi terhadap turnover intention dan kepuasan kerja perawat di Rumah Sakit Rumah Sehat Terpadu Dompet Dhuafa. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dengan penyebaran kuesioner sebanyak 102 perawat dari jumlah populasi 138 perawat di Rumah Sakit Rumah Sehat Terpadu Dompet Dhuafa. Teknik pengambilan sampel digunakan dengan metode Accidental Sampling Method menggunakan rumus slovin. Metode pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan structural equation modeling (SEM) dengan menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Kemudian variabel komunikasi organisasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention. Variabel pengembangan karir berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Variabel budaya organisasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention. Selanjutnya kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kemudian komunikasi organisasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja. Variabel pengembangan karir berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja. Variabel budaya organisasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja. Selanjutnya kepuasan kerja secara langsung tidak berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention. Sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention perawat. The study aims to test whether there is an influence of compensation, organizational communication, career development and organizational culture on turnover intention and job satisfaction of nurses at Dompet Dhuafa Integrated Healthy Hospital. The study used primary data with the dissemination of questionnaires as many as 102 nurses from a population of 138 nurses at Dompet Dhuafa Integrated Healthy Hospital. Sampling techniques are used with the Accidental Sampling Method using the slovin formula. The data processing method in this study uses structural equation modeling (SEM) using the SmartPLS 3.0 application. The results of this study showed that compensation variables have a significant effect on turnover intentions. Then the organizational communication variables have no effect on turnover intentions. Career development variables have a significant effect on turnover intentions. Organizational culture variables have no effect on turnover intentions. Furthermore, compensation has a significant effect on job satisfaction. Then organizational communication has no effect on job satisfaction. Career development variables affect job satisfaction. Organizational culture variables have no effect on job satisfaction. Furthermore, job satisfaction directly has no effect on turnover intentions. So it can be said that job satisfaction has no effect on the turnover of nurse intentions.
