Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja pelatihan kerja dan motivasi kerja, baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Valdo Sumber Daya Mandiri. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dengan analisa kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner sebanyak 80 orang. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistic dan analisis jawaban responden. Metode analisis statistik dapat dipilih dan disesuaikan dengan tujuan penelitian, analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah koefisien korelasi parsial dan koefisien regresi linier berganda. Teknik pengambilan sampel digunakan dengan metode purposive sampling . Teknik pengujian data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi uji validitas, uji realibilitas, koefisien korelasi parsial dan koefisien regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS v.21.0 for Windows. Secara parsial lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, pelatihan kerja berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara simultan, lingkungan kerja, pelatihan kerja dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Valdo Sumber Daya Mandiri. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the work environment on job training and work motivation, either partially or simultaneously on the performance of employees at PT Valdo Sumberdaya Mandiri. This study uses a survey method with quantitative analysis. Collecting data using a questionnaire as many as 80 people from the total population. The data analysis method used is statistical analysis of descriptive data and analysis of respondents' answers. Statistical analysis methods can be selected and adapted to the research objectives, the data analysis used in this study is the partial correlation coefficient and multiple linear regression coefficient. The sampling technique used is the purpose sampling method. The data testing technique used in this research includes validity test, reliability test, partial correlation coefficient and multiple linear regression coefficient using SPSS v.21.0 for Windows program. Partially the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, job training has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance, and work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, work environment, job training and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Independent Resource Valdo.
