Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1)Bagaimana Menilai Efektivitas Program Tanggung Jawab Sosial Pada PT Pertamina Patra Niagatahun 2017-2020. (2) Bagaimana Kendala Atau Hambatan Program CSR Pada PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Tahun 2017-2020. (3) Bagaimana Rekomendasi Penulis Pada Program Tanggung Jawab Sosial Pada PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Tahun 2017-2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif fenomenologi. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, kuisioner, dan dokumentasi. Data yang digunakan adalah laporan tanggung jawab sosial dan annual report perusahaan tahun 2017-2020. Data analisis yang di gunakan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan dan mengukur efektivitas program. Hasil penelitian adalah: (1) Program tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan PT Pertamina Patra Niaga sudah efektif karena memiliki Pedoman, Kebijakan, Tata Kerja Organisasi Dan Tata Kerja Individu yang ada di perusahaan. Dan sudah dengan melewati pengukuran indikator kinerja bisnis yang ada di perusahaan. (2) Kendala dan hambatan yang terjadi pada csr ini adalah biaya, distribusi, target sasaran, dan kurangnya pemahaman mengenai pelaksanaan dan evaluasi di lapangan. (3) Program CSR sudah Efektif tetapi masih ada hal yang perlu di perbaiki. This study aims to determine (1) how to assess the effectiveness of the social responsibility program at PT Pertamina Patra Niaga in 2017-2020. (2) What are the Constraints or Obstacles to the CSR Program at PT Pertamina Patra Niaga in 2017-2020. (3) What are the Author's Recommendations for the Social Responsibility Program at PT Pertamina Patra Niaga in 2017-2020. This study uses a qualitative phenomenological method. Data collection techniques through interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The data used are corporate social responsibility reports and annual reports for 2017-2020. The data analysis used is data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and measuring program effectiveness. The results of the research are: (1) PT Pertamina Patra Niaga's corporate social responsibility program has been effective because it has Guidelines, Policies, Organizational Work Procedures and Individual Work Procedures in the company. And already by passing the measurement of business performance indicators in the company. (2) Constraints and obstacles that occur in CSR are costs, distribution, targets, and lack of understanding of implementation and evaluation in the field. (3) The CSR program has been effective but there are still things that need to be improved.
