Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi, gaya kepemimpinan dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Yamaha Music Manufacturing Indonesia. Strategi penelitian ini adalah asosiatif. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode survey. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Yamaha Music Manufacturing Indonesia sebanyak 2400 orang dan sampel penelitian ini adalah 100 orang diperoleh menggunakan rumus Moe dengan tingkat kesalahan 10%. Analisis yang digunakan adalah SEM PLS penelitian menguji inner model, outer model, dan hipotesis dengan menggunakan software SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menyatakan: (1) Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 13,4%. (2) Gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 26,5%. (3) Kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 47,6%. This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture, leadership style and compensation on employee performance at PT. Yamaha Music Manufacturing Indonesia. The strategy of this research is associative. This research method is a survey method. The population of this study were all employees of PT. Yamaha Music Manufacturing Indonesia as many as 2400 people and the sample of this study was 100 people obtained using the moe formula with an error rate of 10%. The analysis used is SEM PLS research to test the inner model, outer model, and hypotheses using SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of the study stated: (1) Organizational Culture has an effect on employee performance by 13.4%. (2) Leadership style has an effect on employee performance by 26.5%. (3) Compensation affects employee performance by 47.6%.
