Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh proses rekrutmen, proses seleksi dan pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metoda penelitian yang digunakan adalah metoda survei, dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpulan datanya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. ISS Indonesia. Sampel yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini sebanyak 107 orang responden pada PT. ISS Indonesia. Berdasarkan hasil dan pembahasan menunjukkan secara parsial dari proses rekrtumen (X1) berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. ISS Indonesia. Pengaruh proses seleksi (X2) terhadap kinerja karyawan secara parsial berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. ISS Indonesia. Pengaruh pelatihan (X3) terhadap kinerja karyawan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan. Berdasarkan hasil secara simultan bahwa variabel proses rekrutmen, proses seleksi dan pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. ISS Indonesia terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan. Kata kunci : Proses rekrutmen, proses seleksil, pelatihan, kinerja karyawan ABSTRACT This research aims to find out and analyze the influence of recruitment process, selection process and training on employee performance. The research method used is a survey method, using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The population in this study were employees of PT ISS Indonesia. The sample used for this study were 107 respondents at PT. ISS Indonesia. Based on the results and discussions showed partially the recruitment process (X1) had a positive but not significant effect on employee performance at PT. ISS Indonesia. The influence of the selection process (X2) on employee performance partially affects positively but not significantly on employee performance at PT. ISS Indonesia. And the influence of training (X3) on employee performance has a positive and significant influence in PT. ISS Indonesia. Based on the simultaneous results that variable the recruitment process, selection process and training of employee performance in PT. ISS Indonesia there is a positive and significant influence.
