Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk rnenilai efektivitas fungsi surnber daya manusia serta memberikan saran dan rekomendasi atas kelemahan -yang ditemukan di PT. Nusa Toyotetsu Corporation. Aktivitas sumber daya manusia yang diteliti meliputi : Perencanaan, Rekrutmen dan Seleksi SDM Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Metode pengurnpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitia.n ini adalah dokumentasi, ohsen'asi dan warvancara. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitaif dengan cara mendeskripsikan penilaian efektivitas pada fungsi surnber dava manusia berdasarkan hasil perbandingan antara kondisi, kriteria, penvebab, dar akibat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan, diketahui bahwa fungsi SDM dalart proses rekrutmen dan seleksi diirnplernentasikan dengan efektit. Sedangkan dalam proses perencanaan SDM masih acla kekurangan dimana perencanaan SDM rnasih belum memiliki sumber data calon pelamar dan kualifikasi calon karyau.an di perencanaan SDM belum ielas. Berdasarkan terrua.n k*lemahan yang terdapat pada aktivitas perencanaan SDM, peneliti menyarankan kepa<la tungsi Sftlvl ;rk membuat sumber data dari pelamar sebagai refrensi untuk mendapatkan calon kararvan dirnasa depan dan perencanaan SDM vang rnenunjukkan kebutuhan calon karyawan di sertiap departernen. Kata kunci : Audit Manajemen, audit sDM, Efektivitas Fungsi sDM. This research aims to assess the eflectiveness of Human Resources functions and provide advice and recomrnendations for the weaknesses that found in Pl'. Nusa Toyotetsu Corporation. The Human Resources activities studied include: PIanning. Recruitment and selection of Hurnan Resources. This research is a qualitative descriptive studv, Data collection methods used in this study are documentation, observation and inten'iews. Data analysis rnethode that used is qualitative analysis by describing the eflectiveness assessment on human resource function based on the result of carnparison betrveen condition, criterion, cause, and effecl. Based on the results of research that has been implemented. it is knor+n that the HR function in the recruitment process and selection has been implemented effectively. While in the HR planning process there are still shortcomings rvhere HR planning still does nat have the source cf data from applicant and qualification of candidates employee in HR planning is not yet clear Based on the fiadings of the rveaknesses that exist in the HR planning activities, the researcher suggest tbr HR to develop source of ciata from aplicant as a reference for finding future prospective ernployees and HR planning that shows the needs of prospective employees of each department.
