Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh budaya organisasi, disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Millenium Pharmacon International Tbk. Metoda yang digunakan adalah metoda pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang diukur skala likert. Metoda pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sensus atau sampel jenuh dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 90 responden. Strategi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah strategi kuantitatif yang diukur dengan perhitungan koefisien korelasi (parsial dan simultan) serta analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur (Path Analysis). Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan analisis, kesimpulannya adalah : secara parsial budaya organisasi berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara parsial disiplin kerja berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara parsial motivasi kerja berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci : Budaya Organisasi, Disiplin Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, dan Kinerja Karyawan ABSTRACT This study aims to determine how much influence organizational culture, work discipline and work motivation have on employee performance at PT. Millennium Pharmacon Internasional Tbk. The method used is a method of collecting data using a questionnaire measured by a Likert scale. The sampling method used the Non Probability Sampling technique with a total sample of 90 respondents. The strategy used in this study is a quantitative strategy which is measured by calculating the correlation coefficient (partial and simultaneous) and the data analysis used is path analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded: partially organizational culture has a direct effect on employee performance. Partially, work discipline has a direct effect on employee performance. Partially, work motivation has a direct effect on employee performance .
