Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja keuangan PT.Blue Bird,Tbk dan PT.Express Trasindo Utama,Tbk pada periode sebelum dan sesudah munculnya transportasi berbasis aplikasi online. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang diukur dengan membandingkan rasio-rasio keuangan. Rasio keuangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Return On Asset, Return On Equity, Net Profit Margin, Gross Profit Margin, Earning Per Share dan Price Earning Ratio. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data laporan keuangan PT.Blue Bird,Tbk dan PT.Express Trasindo Utama,Tbk selama triwulan IV tahun 2014 sampai dengan triwulan I tahun 2017. Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode dokumentasi yang diperoleh melalui situs resmi IDX dan situs resmi perusahaan. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji Paired Sample T-Test dengan program SPSS versi 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja keuangan PT. Blue Bird,Tbk lebih baik dibandingkan dengan PT. Express Trasindo Utama,Tbk pada periode sebelum dan sesudah munculnya transportasi berbasis aplikasi online, walaupun kinerja keuangan keduanya sama-sama mengalami penurunan akibat munculnya transportasi berbasis aplikasi online.Hasil uji Paired Sample T-Test pada PT. Blue Bird,Tbk menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan signifikan sebelum dan sesudah munculnya transportasi berbasis aplikasi online pada rasio Net Profit Margin (NPM) dan Gross Profit Margin (GPM). Sedangkan pada PT. Express Trasindo Utama,Tbk rasio keuangan yang diuji yaitu Return on Asset, Return on Equity, Net Profit Margin, Gross Profit Margin, Earning Per Share dan Price Earning Ratio menunjukkan bahwa semuanya terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan sebelum dan sesudah munculnya transportasi berbasis aplikasi online. Kata kunci : Return On Asset, Return On Equity, Net Profit Margin, Gross Profit Margin, Earning Per Share, Price Earning Ratio This study is aimed to analyze financial performance of PT.Blue Bird,Tbk and PT.Express Trasindo Utama,Tbk before and after the emergence of online�based transportation. This research uses descriptive quantitative approach, which is measured by comparing the financial ratios. The financial ratios used are Return On Asset, Return On Equity, Net Profit Margin, Gross Profit Margin, Earning Per Share dan Price Earning Ratio. The sample used in this study are the financial report of PT.Blue Bird,Tbk and PT.Express Trasindo Utama,Tbk from 2014 to 2017. The data used in this study are secondary data. Data was collected by IDX website and company official website. Hypothesis testing are using Paired Sample T-Test by SPSS program version 22. The result of the study show that the financial performance of PT.Blue Bird,Tbk is better than PT.Express Trasindo Utama,Tbk, although the performance of both equally decreased due to the emergence of online-based transportation. The Paired Sample T-Test results show that there are significant differences in Net Profit Margin (NPM) dan Gross Profit Margin (GPM) of PT.Blue Bird,Tbk. Whereas PT.Express Trasindo Utama,Tbk results show that there are significant differences in all ratios : Return on Asset, Return on Equity, Net Profit Margin, Gross Profit Margin, Earning Per Share dan Price Earning Ratio before and after the emergence of online-based transportation.
