Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi, motivasi, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Shopee Express DC Bekasi. Strategi penelitian ini adalah asosiatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Populasi di dalam penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan pekerja Shopee Express DC Bekasi. Responden sebanyak 100 orang. Metode analisis koefisien regresi berganda serta uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini adalah, secara parsial terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, secara parsial terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, secara parsial terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, Adapun secara simultan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kompensasi, motivasi, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis disimpulkan bahwa secara parsial kompensasi, motivasi, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil pengujian hipotesis secara simultan menyimpulkan kompensasi, motivasi, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Kompensasi, Motivasi, dan Kepuasan Kerja. ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to determine the impact of compensation, motivation and job satisfaction on the performance of Shopee Express DC Bekasi employees. This research has an associative strategy. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. All Shopee Express DC Bekasi employees participated in this survey. There were 100 participants. Multiple regression coefficient analysis methodology and hypothesis test. The results of this study are, partially there is a significant effect of compensation on employee performance, partially there is a significant influence of motivation on employee performance, partially there is a significant effect of job satisfaction on employee performance, Simultaneously there is a significant influence on compensation, motivation, and job satisfaction on employee performance. Based on the results of the hypothesis tests, it is concluded that compensation, motivation and job satisfaction are in part related to employee performance. At the same time, the results of the hypothetical tests concluded that compensation, motivation and job satisfaction affect employee performance.
