Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi dan insentif terhadap kinerja pegawai pada kantor kelurahan Bintara kota Bekasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif pendekatan kuantitatif, yang di ukur dengan menggunakan metode berbasis regresi linear berganda dengan SPSS 28. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah pegawai kantor kelurahan Bintara kota Bekasi. Sampel yang peneliti gunakan adalah seluruh populasi yang berada pada kantor kelurahan Bintara kota Bekasi sebanyak 34 Pegawai yang artinya peneliti menggunakan sampel jenuh. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa data sekunder. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa (1) Gaya kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada kantor kelurahan Bintara kota Bekasi, (2) Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada kantor kelurahan Bintara kota Bekasi, (3) Insentif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada kantor kelurahan Bintara kota Bekasi. ABSTRACT This study aims to examine whether the influence of leadership style, organizational culture and incentives on employee performance at the Bintara sub-district office, Bekasi city. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach, which is measured by using a multiple linear regression-based method with SPSS 28. The population in this study were employees of the Bintara sub-district office, Bekasi city. The sample that the researcher uses is the entire population at the Bintara sub-district office, Bekasi city as many as 34 employees, which means that the researcher uses a saturated sample. The data used in this research is secondary data. The results of the study prove that (1) Leadership style has no effect on employee performance at the Bintara sub-district office in Bekasi, (2) Organizational culture has a significant positive effect on employee performance at the Bintara sub-district office in Bekasi, (3) Incentives have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. at the Bintara sub-district office, Bekasi city.
