Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan Quality Assurance PT. Dankos Farma. Strategi dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel ialah Non-probability Sampling dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh. Jumlah populasi yang dijadikan sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 52 responden karyawan divisi Quality Assurance PT. Dankos Farma yang dianalisis menggunakan software IBM SPSS versi 25. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara kuesioner melalui Google Form dan analisis statistik data menggunakan analisis koefisien determinasi parsial serta uji hipotesis dengan uji t. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan Quality Assurance PT. Dankos Farma. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh secara positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan Quality Assurance PT. Dankos Farma dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan dan positif terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan Quality Assurance PT. Dankos Farma. This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation, work discipline and work environment on the work productivity of employees of Quality Assurance PT. Dankos Farma. The strategy in this research is associative research with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique is non-probability sampling using saturated samples. The number of population sampled in this study were 52 respondents from the Quality Assurance division of PT. Dankos Farma analyzed using IBM SPSS software version 25. The data collection technique was by means of a questionnaire via Google Form and statistical analysis of the data using partial determination coefficient analysis and hypothesis testing with t test. The results of this study indicate that partially work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of Quality Assurance employees at PT. Dankos Farma. Work discipline has a positive and insignificant effect on the work productivity of Quality Assurance employees at PT. Dankos Farma and the work environment have a significant and positive effect on the work productivity of Quality Assurance employees of PT. Dankos Farma.
