Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh stres kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap loyalitas pengemudi gojek pada masa covid-19 melalui kepuasan kerja di wilayah Jakarta utara. Data penelitian yang dihimpun melalui survey dengan pertimbangan sampel terpilih adalah pengemudi gojek yang dipilih secara accidental sampling, yang kemudian pengolahan data dalam penelitian menggunakan perangkat lunak statistik SPSS versi 24.0 Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh langsung terhadap kepuasan kerja, motivasi kerja berpengaruh langsung terhadap kepuasan kerja, stres kerja berpengaruh langsung terhadap loyalitas, motivasi kerja berpengaruh langsung terhadap loyalitas, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh langsung terhadap loyalitas, stres kerja berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap loyalitas melalui kepuasan kerja, dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap loyalitas melalui kepuasan kerja. Kata Kunci: Stres Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, Loyalitas, dan Kepuasan Kerja This study aims to determine the effect of work stress and work motivation on Gojek driver loyalty during the Covid-19 period through job satisfaction in the North Jakarta area. Research data collected through survey with consideration of the selected sample was a Gojek driver selected by accidental sampling, whic then processed the data in the study using SPSS statistical version 24. The results showed that work stress has a direct effect on job satisfaction, work motivation has a direct effect on job satisfaction, work stress has a direct effect on loyalty, work motivation has a direct effect on loyalty, job satisfaction has a direct effect on loyalty, job stress has an indirect effect o loyalty through job satisfaction, and work motivation has a direct effect on loyalty through job satisfaction.
