Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah pengaruh profesionalisme kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dan pengaruh penggunaan sosial media terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Asuransi Etiqa Internasional Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang diukur dengan menggunakan SPSS Versi 26. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Asuransi Etiqa Internasional Indonesia. Sampel ditentukan berdasarkan rumus slovin dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 150 karyawan sehingga total kuesioner dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 150 kuesioner. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa data primer dan sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metoda kuesioner dengan pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji t. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa (1) Profesionalisme kerja berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan pada saat Work From Home (WFH) di PT. Asuransi Etiqa Internasional Indonesia, (2) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan pada saat Work From Home (WFH) di PT. Asuransi Etiqa Internasional Indonesia dan (3) Penggunaan sosial media berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan pada saat Work From Home (WFH) di PT. Asuransi Etiqa Internasional Indonesia. This study aims to examine whether the effect of work professionalism on employee performance, the effect of the work environment on employee performance and the effect of using social media on employee performance at PT. Indonesian International Ethics Insurance. This study uses a survey research type with a quantitative approach which is measured using SPSS Version 26. The population of this study is the employees of PT. Etiqa International Insurance Indonesia. The sample was determined based on the slovin formula with a total sample of 150 employees so that the total questionnaires in this study were 150 questionnaires. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. The data collection technique used a questionnaire method with hypothesis testing using the t test. The results of the study prove that (1) work professionalism has a significant positive effect on employee performance when Work From Home (WFH) at PT. Asuransi Etiqa Internasional Indonesia, (2) The work environment has a significant positive effect on employee performance during Work From Home (WFH) at PT. Asuransi Etiqa Internasional Indonesia and (3) The use of social media has a significant positive effect on employee performance during Work From Home (WFH) at PT. Etiqa International Insurance Indonesia.
