Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja guru dan staf tata usaha MTsN 10 Tanah Datar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan penelitian adalah kuantitatif dengan strategi penelitian yang digunakan peneliti adalah strategi asosiatif/kausalitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dengan penyebaran kuesioner sebanyak 37 orang guru dan staf tata usaha MTsN 10 Tanah Datar. Teknik pengambilan sampel digunakan dengan sampel jenuh yang mana semua populasi dijadikan sampel. Metode pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan program SPSS 26.0 (Statistical Package for the Social Sciens) penelitian menguji koefisien determin parsial dan simultan, uji signifikan parsial (uji-t), uji signifikan simultan (uji-f). Hasil Peneltian Menyimpulkan: 1.) Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Guru dan Staf Tata Usaha. 2.) Motivasi berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Guru dan Staf Tata Usaha. 3.) Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Guru dan Staf Tata Usaha. 4.) Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah, Motivasi Dan Lingkungan Kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Guru dan Staf Tata Usaha. ABSTRACT This research aims to determine the effect of principal's leadership, motivation and work environment on job satisfaction of teachers and administrative staff of MTsN 10 Tanah Datar. The research method used in this research is quantitative with the research strategy used by the researcher is the associative/causative strategy. This study uses primary data by distributing questionnaires to 37 teachers and administrative staff at MTsN 10 Tanah Datar. The sampling technique was used with a saturated sample in which all the population was sampled. The data processing method in this study used the SPSS 26.0 (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) program. The research tested the partial and simultaneous determinant coefficients, partial significant test (t-test), simultaneous significant test (f-test). The results of the research conclude: 1.) Principal's leadership has a significant and positive effect on the Job Satisfaction of Teachers and Administrative Staff. 2.) Motivation has a significant and positive effect on Teacher Job Satisfaction and Administrative Staff. 3.) Work environment has a significant and positive effect on teacher job satisfaction and administrative staff. 4.) Principal's leadership, motivation and work environment simultaneously affect the job satisfaction of teachers and administrative staff.
