Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh biaya sewa, lokasi dan kualitas produk terhadap peningkatan pendapatan pedagang pusat komersil KBN di Jakarta Utara. Strategi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah strategi asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh pedagang pusat komersil KBN di Jakarta Utara. Teknik pengumpulan sampel menggunakan metode probability sampling dengan sampling jenuh, jumlah sampel sebanyak 65 pedagang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner yang telah di uji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Analisis yang digunakan adalah koefisien determinasi menggunakan program SPSS versi 25.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Biaya Sewa tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Peningkatan Pendapatan, variabel Lokasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Peningkatan Pendapatan dan variabel Kualitas Produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Peningkatan Pendapatan. Kata kunci : Biaya Sewa, Lokasi, Kualitas Produk, Peningkatan Pendapatan ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of rental costs, location and product quality on increasing the income of KBN commercial center traders in North Jakarta. The strategy used in this study is an associative strategy with a quantitative approach. The population of this research is all KBN commercial center traders in North Jakarta. The sample collection technique uses probability sampling method with saturated sampling, the number of samples is 65 traders. Data collection techniques using questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. The analysis used is the coefficient of determination using the SPSS version 25.0 program. The results showed that the variable rental costs had no significant effect on the increase in income, the location variable had a significant effect on the increase in income and the product quality variable had a significant effect on the increase in income.
