Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja, motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan di PT Karya Medi Tama. Data didapatkan melalui kuisioner yang dibagikan kepada Karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah Karyawan dari PT Karya Medi Tama sebanyak 115 populasi dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 89. Teknik analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Analisis Koefisien Determinasi Secara Parsial dengan bantuan SPSS versi 25.0. Untuk pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan uji t dan uji f. Hasil analisis berdasarkan Uji t Parsial menunjukan Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja PT Karya Medi Tama. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan Disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja kerja. Tetapi secara simultan (bersama-sama) menghasilkan Lingkungan kerja, motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja PT Karya Medi Tama. Kata kunci : Lingkungan Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of work environment, work motivation and work discipline on employee job satisfaction at PT Karya Medi Tama. Data is obtained through questionnaires distributed to employees. This study uses associative research with a quantitative approach. The population of this research is employees of PT Karya Medi Tama as many as 115 population with a total sample of 89. The analysis technique in this study uses Partial Coefficient of Determination Analysis with the help of SPSS version 25.0. To test the hypothesis, it is done by t test and f test. The results of the analysis based on the Partial t-test showed that the work environment had a significant effect on job satisfaction at PT Karya Medi Tama. Work motivation has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Work discipline has a significant effect on job satisfaction. But simultaneously (together) produce a work environment, work motivation and work discipline have a significant effect on job satisfaction PT Karya Medi Tama.
